popup windows

I have created a window that utilizes a popup. The popup is smaller than the original thus part of the original window can be seen behind the popup. The popup has audio that plays onshow. If I click on the any portion of the original window while the audio of the popup is playing, the popup disappears but the audio does not stop. It is as if the original winow is brought forward while the popup is allowed to continue playing in the background.How can I fix this?I have created a window that utilizes a popup.
