Multiple Values for Test Questions - is it possible?

As long as they change their answer before hitting submit, the value of the variable will update whenever they click a new choice, as the value is set to update on the change of the item. SO clickinging B after clicking A will set the variable to 2, then if you click C, it will change the var to 3 from 2, etc. It will update with each click.
