Multiple test in one title score

Hello,
I currently have a course built that has 3 test. Each test has 10 questions. Test 1 requires a score of 100%, Test 2 requires a score of 100% and Test 3 Requires a score of 100%.
Problem i am having, After i pass Test 1 with 100% it submits my score to our LMS. So i could actually close the course at this point and not complete Test 2 and Test 3. And the system shows i passed.
I want each Test to be graded to 100%, but not submit my score to the LMS until i have passed All Three Test.
On Test 1, 2 and 3 i have actions on questions 1-9 set to process question and question 10 to process test/survey.
Once passed all three test with 100% you are directed to a page where you can exit course.
Anyone able to help me with this?

Uncheck "Include test score in overall score" in the results tab of the Test ribbon of each test. Then Lectora should not automatically set AICC_Score to the score of any of the tests. You can still use the variables, e.g. "Test_1_Score" to check whether a user has passed a test.
You'll have to set AICC_Score manually on your final results page.

Have you tried waiting to score the tests until the last test is completed?
Thats how i have it now i think. Test 1 and 2 have 10 questions each. after answering each question i have the submit button set to action OnMClkProcQ. Then on Test 3 i have 10 questions, and 1-9 have the same actions. and on the 10th question i set it to action Process test/survey. BUT, after finishing the 10 questions in test 1 the score is sent to our LMS. same with 2 and 3.. So i am not sure what the difference is between process questions, and process test/survey actions.

I am currently using Lectora 11, and do not have an Include test score in overall score button.
Edit:I should also add, i publish HTML and send the score though a relative path. I think i only would see the Include test score in overall score if i am in scorm mode in the title properties?
