Lectora Inspire html issues

Not sure if i am in the right forum,
Could anyone direct me on a problem i am having please? I have created the course in Lectora inspire 11 and published the course in html. If i preview the test, it works perfect. If i create a xmp server on my local machine it works perfect. When i load the course on my web server, it all goes downhill. The course goes fine, but when i click next to get to the final exam, the questions wont show up. Only the next button with a empty box. I have bangged my head on this all day.

ON a side note, if i publish to a .exe file. The course works excellent. My only guess is i dont have something right on the web server. Any help out there would be appreciated.. Thank You
I am having this same problem with Inspire 11.2 - everything was working fine with questions, after update on Monday (7/1) the questions do not show up - only the submit button. I also have a breadcrumb navigation throughout the course and on the quiz pages, the breadcrumb doesn't work. This problem only seems to be in IE, Chrome and Firefox work fine. This is a major problem as our company only supports IE for the LMS. Prior projects still work in the LMS and IE - only new ones appear to be affected... deadline looming.
