Multiple questions on page

Thanks for the suggestions -- Both of those methods were ones I had actually initially thought of, but my problem was that when I tried to add an action via New--> Action, the Action selection was grayed and unavailable. After reading your responses today, I went back in and realized I had made a mistake I often do -- not adding a click action in the properties box first. Wow, what an idiot I am! Thanks for your time.
