Audio file repeat issue in Lectora X

I've been having an issue with audio files playing twice in Lectora X when triggered in sequence by actions. This is the second project where I've encountered this. I'm doing a Jeopardy game board and am putting together a sequence to announce the categories one by one and display their names in sync with the audio files.

My actions go like this:

On page show, play "The categories for this game are" [Audio1]

[Audio1] on done playing:

play "ding SFX" [Audio2] and

play "Who's Ready?" [Audio3] (w/.5 sec delay)

show "Who's Ready? category label" [Image1] (w/.5 sec delay)

Everything works correctly, except for a repeat of audio files 2 and 3. Here's what you hear when you test:

"The categories for this game are 'ding' Who's Ready? [brief pause] 'ding' Who's Ready?"

I have used this exact same method for playing audio sequences in previous editions of Lectora without experiencing this "repeat" issue, and now I experience it frequently. Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience or might be able to explain why this occurs in X? Thanks in advance -- paul
