Please take this with a pinch of salt by somebody who doesn't use a LMS.

Your file seems to highlight a few questionable areas to me.

Your bullet points have changed on the LMS, as has the overall size of the text, including the screens alignment.

I have experienced several issues when using bullets points within Lectora, can you take them away and see what you get.

I'm sure you've done this but thought I help if I can.
