More Audio Problems In Chrome Browser

Is anyone else experiencing audio or .flv file issues in Chrome? The first play of the course works in Chrome, on re-open, the audio will not play. Everything works perfectly in IE. (Publishing to Moodle using Lectora v11.2a - in Chrome browser Version 28.0.1500.72 m).
Update - 8/28/2013 - still experiencing problems with ANY media and actions tied to that media in Chrome.
Update - 10/4/2013 - Successful workaround - Thank you Trivantis Support! Inserting a blank page at the title level has alleviated this problem. The page has an OnShow action to GoTo next page with a 1 second delay.

Yes, I have experienced this, but have not had a chance to troubleshoot. I found, refreshing the page, depending on the LMS, just sends the user back to the home page, annoying as well. I mostly noticed it on an iPad in Chrome, I assume the same experience happens on a desktop.
I'm having a similar problem. I published to SCORM and imported into Moodle. I have audio when I playback on a PC with Firefox browser, however there is no audio when viewing on an iPad with the Safari browser. So far, a Google search has proved unsatisfactory.
Should I discover a solution, I try to find this discussion and post a solution.
