Hard to say. If you remove that Captivate piece, does it still display scrollbars? Does it display scrollbars on every page of the course or just a few? One other thing to check, if you look at the first title which displays fine, are they any objects closer to the bottom or right side of the new title that could potentially cause the scrollbars to appear?Hard to say.
