Variables using title level targets

Where is the action that shows the Forward button? If you want it to apply to every page in the course, then the action needs to be at the title level. Otherwise, it will only show on the page where the action resides. So on that last page, keep the action that modifies the variable. Then at the title level, include the action that shows the button, if the condition is met.
You need to do one more thing if you want the Forward button to appear on that last page. Because that last page will have already loaded when the variable is changed to "a", the show action will not trigger. On whatever they need to do to get the "a", add another action that shows the Forward button.
