Matching page messed up

I'm using Lectora 2008. When I create a matching question, it looks fine in preview, but when I publish to AICC/web-based the page is missing all the template info (headings, TOC, background images, etc.). All that appears is the text from the question all jumbled together. Any ideas? I imported this course from 2007, and I have tried deleting the page and creating it from scratch.
