Make a Button Appear After Answering a Question Correctly

I know this is out here, I also know I can't find it...so please help. I am so new to Lectora and still trying to figure things out...sorry if a repeate question.Ok...I just want to make a button appear on a screen, but only after you have answered the question correctly. I have attempted this with some very detail instructions and can't get it to work. Please help.Thanks so much.
