Looking for Advanced Lectora Training Materials (Free)...

Hi There!
I'm currently looking to enhance my Lectora skills and would like to find "free" training materials/resources on topics such as advanced actions/variables, talking to Flash, etc.
I've found this community helpful and also have seen the Lectora Archived Webinars, but wanted to see what else is out there for free?
Any links/access to training materials would be very appreciated!
