Loading video on next page early

Hello folks,
I was wondering if there is a way to get a streaming video on the next page loading up before the page is started. What's happening is, due to firewal issues, it is creating a 40-50 second delay on Flash streaming videos. This is only an issue on campus, external computers and networks it loads immediately.
Is there a way to trigger the flash streaming video to start loading on the page prior so that the video is loaded when the student gets to it?
