LMS communication issue

So I have a weird situation with a customer; the completion status does NOT pass back to the LMS on the Lectora course when they are accessing through their firewall. When they kill their web-proxy stuff (I’m no network expert) and access the course via the web server (this is open to the Internet so they don’t need to be behind their firewall to get there), the course behaves properly. Have any of you EVER heard of this in all of your Lectora work?Thanks,Rob
