Backing into an .awt file

This sure would have been helpful to me yesterday when, after spending all morning creating a complex Lectora activity page, the file became corrupt and I lost the file completely. Since I had published to HTML right before, I had the HTML version of the page and would have loved to have been able to reverse it to recreate the page I lost when I had to go back and start again using my previous day's backup version! I tried to decipher all of the HTML to help me to recreate the page, but it was only marginally helpful.
