LMS communication issue

Hi, I've been working with Rob on this issue and would like to toss my two cents in. First, we are publishing as SCORM 1.2 compliant. We are using the AICC_Lesson_Status variable on the final page. We have tried it with Complete and Completed. No matter how we change it, it works fine - passes the score as well as the completed status back to us - unless we're behind the client's firewall. Now, to add to the confusion a simular course without a Mastery Test was loaded and it passed the completed status back without an issue. If they access the LMS outside of their firewall it passes back both the score and the course status, so we know there is an issue with the firewall. But what? Can you shed any light on how the variables are passed back? Is it possible that the Firewall is allowing only a single variable to be passed and somehow sees the second variable as a firewall threat?I'm an Instructional Designer, so i don't pretend to understand the programming bits and bytes but I have a fairly logical mind so there must be an answer somewhere in here.Thank you,Mark
