Lesson Completed

This is probably an easy question for those of you who actaully know what you are doing! I am creating a lesson to go up on a SCORM complient server. SCORM says I must have a test included. The state employee union says I can't have a test included. At the moment I have a test that you don't actually go to and that's enough to allow me to publish it. The problem is even if you go all the way through it does not show up as being "completed". I thought it was because the "test" is necer accessed but someone said I needeed to set up a variable on the last page that says the lesson is completed. How do I do that?
