Lectora Website -Edit in Dreamweaver or equiv.

Hello,
I'm creating a website for school and would much rather develop in Lectora than what I've been using, Dreamweaver (DW). After I'm done with the project someone else will be maintaining the site. If that site maintainer doesn't have Lectora, is it possible it could be edited in DW or an equivalent program?
I did a small test to see how it would appear in DW and it seems to be placeholders pointing to javascript. Maybe its my inexperience with Dreamweaver but, is it editible in DW?
