Well, you would need at least two tables, now that I think about it. One with the records and another with the userID's. That way if they enter in the wrong ID, they cannot continue. These UserID's would have to be entered into the user table prior to them taking the test. You could do this in SQL Server Management Studio. You wouldnt need an interface.
