Lectora - problems publishing

I keep receiving an error message when publishing that states "Error copying html files to coursemill". I have tried importing the content from Coursemill as well but get an error message that states "Unable to import course data". We host our own Coursemill and are using V 5.2 SP4 and we are using Lectora Professional Publishing Suite and Inspire. Does anyone have any idea why this would be happening.
We have been using these products for 4-5 years and now all of a sudden we aren't able to publish any courses.

This can also be caused by file size limitations in IIS and Apache. Here is a link to increase the file size in IIS.....
