Lectora pop-up

I have a course with a main menu page, showing all the chapters. Each chapter has a chapter drop-down menu with only the chapter pages. However, when I am in reader mode a pop-up appears with an "!" icon and the words "Main Menu"in it. I can't find anything in the user guide about this, and am not sure why it is popping up. If I click on the "Close" button, frequently it will just pop up again.Any help would be appreciated!
