Lectora pop-up

Sorry about "reader mode" I come from many years with ToolBook - in Lectora it is "Preview" mode.The pop-up appears several seconds after a page is loaded. It appears in the center of the screen - a blue dialog box with just the informational icon and the words "main menu" along with an ok button. It really doesn't give me enough information to know what to do to get rid of it or correct the problem.thanks again,
