Lectora Online - Video play error on Apple mobile, embedded video being read as a download link

I have a problem that I have investigated thoroughly with our LMS (Docebo) and their mobile app Go.Learn and were not able to find fault with their system. This problem also occurs in Safari on iPhone outside of the app, so it seems to be an Apple browser-related issue. This does NOT occur on Android devices. Docebo indicated this is a SCORM issue and to check with Lectora...so here I am!
I have a short SCORM that is an intro slide with three buttons, each button takes you to a different page with a video on it in the language listed on the button:
Once the video ends the Next button lights up and you can go to the end slide of the course where it is marked completed on Exit. My problem is, this works totally fine on desktop, but on specifically Apple mobile devices this occurs instead:
The video player will start up, then a split second later it turns into this weird download link. Clicking on it turns it into this:
I have another course with embedded videos that works FINE on mobile. When this mini SCORM refused to work properly despite all my testing and making the video files as small as possible, I saved a copy of that course I know works and reworked it to recreate what you see above. SAME RESULT on Apple mobile. What can possibly explain this and what can I do to fix it?? I've had to disable mobile play on this item in our LMS which is not ideal. The videos are standard H.264 encoded MP4 files edited in Adobe Premiere and exported using Adobe Media Encoder. Please help me hive mind, I feel like I'm losing my mind! I can't figure why this is happening.

It also does this in SCORM cloud, I just tried it. But I think now it's the videos themselves that are the issue, because if I swap in one of the videos I mentioned above that I know works, that one functions fine in the course. I have no idea what is wrong with the video files, but I'm going to do some more testing/investigation. I may open a case with you as well depending on what I find. Thank you!

An easy test would be to upload it to another LMS and try it there. SCORM Cloud or Rockstar Learning Platform. If you open a case we can look at your course and see if it happens for us.
