Lectora Course Automatically Closes After Shown Passing Score

Has anyone seen this behavior?

I reach the end of my course where I am shown my passing score and the course automatically closes.

- Lectora (v2008 sp 2) course w/ 5 question quiz at end

- If you achieve passing grade in the quiz then

go to Passing page where I set AICC_Lesson_Status = completed

else go to Other page

- SumTotal LMS

- Use the Lectora SumTotal Extension Pack for Publishing

- Publish to SumTotal

Upon reaching the "Passing" page, the SumTotal exit confirmation window appears (without me attempting to exit the course yet.)
