IE message - must run content from web-based server

Has anyone come across the following error message?

You must run this content from a web-based server Not Found

My Lectora 2008 SP2 piece is a 4-question test, SCORM 1.2.

This message occurs when launching from my LMS (SumTotal), once I reach the first question.

After clicking the "OK" button of the error message, I am automatically taken to my results (score) page where all I do is exit.
