Lectora and QuestionMark

We are thinking of doing our assessments with QuestionMark and have several questions, most important are:
1. What is the published format for QuestionMark?
2. How does QuestionMark and Lectora "communicate"

Anyone have answers??????
We used to use QuestionMark. Our client would send us a link to the evaluation and we place it on the last page of the course. QuestionMark hosted the survey. We didn't have QM and Lectora "talk" to each other.
