You can access the complete list of Lectora-supported variables and their descriptions within the Lectora Information Center. Click the little (?) icon at the top-left of your Lectora application and select Information Center. From there - drill down to the following topic in the Table of Contents:

Actions and Variables > Working with Variables > Reserved Variables
