Lectora 2008 WYSIWYG Publishing...

When you publish content to the browser, items such as text blocks are displayed and controlled by the browser. Lectora will specify the text to display, the font, font color, etc. in the code it generates but it is up to the browser to display them. So depending on the end user's machine and the browser they use may determine how it gets displayed. Lectora offers an option to render the text block as an image if that is something you need to consider. I wouldn't recommend rendering every text block in your title as an image, but if you have one or two that is not displaying correctly for some users, then you may want to consider using that option. When you publish content to the browser, items such as text blocks are displayed and controlled by the browser.
