Launching 3rd party application

Thanks Jay...I tried, but still not coming up. I think the problem is that subfolder structure in place for the SIM is causing the problems. Even is I copy the entire SIM folder in the external folder (or elsewhere), the action pulls out the EXE file and puts it in the route of the external folder. That messes up the internal pathing used to create the SIM. My head hurts...
