javacript refresh closes LMS session

I've made toggle functionality that allows audio to be turned off and subtitles displayed, or vice-versa, lesson wide. Works great on my machine, but when it's in the Saba 5.2 LMS environment, SCORM 1.2, my javascript page refresh closes the lesson window.... has anyone else had this problem?In short: I need the refresh action to happen at the end of an action group so that it will toggle between audio-on, subtitles-off and audio-off, subtitles-on... plus stay that way over the whole lesson. The js refresh is needed to make the change happen on the current page when clicking the toggle button... is there another way? Any ideas and help is greatly appreciated...
