Tab key functionality needed

I have systems training comprised of Captivate files that were originally in a Flash shell, and parts require the learner to press the Tab key. Problem: in Lectora, being that it's in an HTML page, pressing the Tab key moves the cursor focus around the page before coming back to the lesson. Is there a way to bypass this to use the Tab key in the lesson, first try? Thanks!
