Incorrect Question Export for Objectives

Is there a way to export incorrect results to an excel sheet or some database to track incorrect responses to ensure all objective types have been met?

No, our LMS does not allow the viewing of each response just the score.
I mispoke, we can't run a report to view multiple individual at once, it has to be done a person by perosn basis.
This is exactly what LMS are for. Are you trying to achieve this without an LMS? Or maybe I misunderstood the question.
