imsmanifest.xml displayed, not course

We are setting up a new server and am having problems with my online class opening up for users. We have a set of new Windows 2003 servers that are set up as cluster fail-overs (not load-balancing). We are using Solo LMS. On our test server, the course works properly. However, on the new server, when you click on the link for the course, instead of bringing up the course, the imsmanifest.xml file is displayed. I have tried deleting and then adding the course back in but nothing seems to work. Our Solo contact thinks the problem is with the server setup and I'm not sure where to look.Has anyone run across anything like this in setting up a new server?Thanks.
