Retaining variables and progress markers

UPDATE 2:I ran Lectora in Debug mode for my SOLO rep. It shows that the variables are there and passing. The response from SOLO was:"Yeah, it is the pipes they use to store the info. This has always been a problem with Lectora. Right now there is no work around. I will ask other clients what they are doing." --I have no idea waht that means and I have not heard a thing since! We really want to be able to use the retain variable feature!Has anyone had any success or work-around for such an issue?Thanks!
