Images Resizing/Shrinking/Moving, etc

Hello -
We are using Lectora 11.3 and creating a course. We have multiple times created the layout finished a slide and then after leaving the slide, come back to find that the various images and elements have resized (shrunk or blown up) and/or have moved.
This is causing us considerable delay and we have no idea why this is happening. Has anybody else run across this issue? It is severely impacting our ability to deliver on time since we can't rely on anything we do to stay as created.

Does it happen when you build on one machine and later open it on another? Do these two machines have different screen DPI settings?

It happens on the same machine. So we will build the slide, go to different slides to continue work on the course, come back later and the bug has happened.
It is happening on multiple different machines. We bought the product the day before version 12 came out, so we are using the 11.3.2 file installer. I am not sure if maybe somehow something became corrupted in it?
We are also encountering system crash issues when trying to attach audio to buttons.
