Images not publishing in SCORM

It is me again. I was able to fix all my errors yesterday, thank you for your help. My title is still not publishing properly in SCORM. No images are coming through, and therefore there is no navigation so the course is unusable. The images publish properly to HTML. I have posted screenshots in the Files area, titled SCORM sample and HTML sample. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?
