Images not publishing in SCORM

I am using v.9a. I turned off the image compression, and I already had Web 2.0 popups disabled. I published it again to the SCORM test environment and received the same outcome.

I am investigating the errors now, but I'm not sure I have enough knowledge to glean any knowledge from them. Any further ideas are welcome. No one on my team can figure this out.

No images are coming through, and therefore there is no navigation so the course is unusable. The images publish properly to HTML.
