Image Distortions

Lectora 2007...Snag It 8.2Jpg's actually look bad no matter what I do...I've been using .gifsI'm saving them using Snag It, then doing the Insert Image and choosing one from a file.The system I'm taking the screenshots out of is part of the problem I think...I don't know how to describe it but it's an IBM Reflection session if that makes sense to you. It's a very old system that we've updated to keep using for A/R etc.
