Changing Menu Direction

Does anyone know if it is possible to have the dropdown horizontal menu change direction? Our issue is that the menu always opens to the right, and there isn't enough space to view all the subsections, pages, etc. We would like to see the subsections open to the left and therefore enable us to view every subsection.Any suggestions?
