IE7 can be removed

I have been hearing about problems running Lectora CBT's published to HTML and running under the new Internet Explorer v7.This new IE is pushed down to your PC as a 'security' update. Beside breaking CBT's and other things (like my personal internet banking) it has, in my opinion, a truly horrible interface.Good News, the Microsoft web site says it can be removed in which case your system will revert to IE6.I have tried it and the removal process is simple. It does try to scare you by claiming that programs installed after IE7 may break. If you want to revert back, go to Control Panel/Add Remove programs, and select Windows Internet Explorer 7 and click remove. As always, use unsolicited computer advice with caution .Jon PayneCo-FounderAtlanta Area Lectora Users Group.
