Hyperlinks within a Text Box

I believe I'm missing something here. First, the hyperlinks, I assumed you wanted me to place each in an indiv text boxes and place in one of the six groups, which I did.Secondly, about the button I created to set on top of the original nav buttton, what should the setting be so that after all variables values have been satisfied it goes away and the original appears?
