Sounds like you need to put an action in the group that hides the button:Action: Display; Message: var(your variable with the letters)If it displays with all the letters, then the problem is in the conditions. If it does not have all the letters, then the problem is in the actions setting the variable. A common problem is that the Modification Type is Set instead of what it should be - Add.
