How To Enable Events Tab in the Video Properties of Lectora Online?

I am using Lectora Online and have the following interactivity.
On a page I have an .mp4 video on the left and on the right an "n" number of bullet points (highlights) related to that video. So when the video reaches a particular time segment each of those bullet points need to highlight (change colors). Also the bullet points are hyperlinks so that when a learner clicks on those bullet points the video will seek to the time segment associated with that highlight.
However, in the video properties, the Events tab is always in disabled state. How can it be enabled & is the above interactivity possible in Lectora Online OR should I just opt for custom HTML/Javascript script?
Any inputs on the same is highly appreciated.

Hi Vivek,
I am working on something similar to what you were doing and wondering if you could help me. I have a video with sync events. These events show different text points as video progresses. Now, I want these text points to be clickable and take the video back to the position where these points came from.
Any idea how to do that?
