How to disble Image Title?

 in the image properties window, check the box that says "Use empty alt tag when publishing..." That should do it.

Also, you can do the following:
Add an "External HTML Object" with the following properites:

Name:

Object Type: Meta tags

Custom HTML:

That will remove the toolbar for the images int eh file that show for downloading them.
