Based on what I am seeing in Captivate, you have to trigger something (image, text, button) to cause a Javascript to run. You can cause an image, button in Captivate to appear at a certain time and then using a transparent button or a text button to run the Javascript code, image73.actionShow()
Not possible in Captivate to associate a Javascript just with the timing within a slide. I am using Captivate 2, so not sure if things have changed in Captivate 4.
