How to avoid Lectora interpreting blanks as a requested user name?
June 4, 2009 12:00 AM
Hi all,
In my current course I prompt the user to enter his name on the first page. After typing in his name the user is allowed to go to the next page.
To ensure that the user really enters his name I used an action to check a variable of the users name. If the variable is blank, the user is prompted to enter his name again.
Now my problem:
If a user doesn’t enter his name but only hits the spacebar, Lectora interprets this as name and allows the user to go to the next page :(
Any ideas to avoid this?
Thanks a lot for helping me with this issue…
