Hotspot in irregular shape- HELP!

Hi everyone,anybody got any ideas on how to create a hotspot in an irregular shape? Let say I want to make a hotspot that similar to a dog's shape, how can I do that? as currently you can only create hotspots based on the shapes that Lectora provides.
