Hotspot in irregular shape- HELP!

I've done a number of irregular hot spot interactions just by layering different rectangles -- all with the same actions together. It isn't super-precise and can be a bit tedious, but it works. For example, I did a roll-over of a photo of an employee out of uniform. They had to roll over the different violations such as shoes, earrings, nametags, etc. For a strangely-shaped apron shoved in her pocket, I just created three rectangles that covered the area pretty closely. Then each of the three rectangles had the same actions that displayed the message and awarded them the points.
