Bob, I am new to Lectora as well, but I have run into similiar problems. Without kmowing all the details of your project, my first thought is whether or not you have the audio text box "Always on top" checked. If so, you might want to do deselect that ckeckbox on the properties page. This should allow your TOC to toggle over top of the audio text box.Let me know if this helps.
